His contributions to the field of agriculture, especially in soil and crop sciences, earned him respect from colleagues and students alike. Bryce’s deep commitment to the agricultural community reflected his passion for improving farming practices and sustaining the land he loved.
Though he later resided in El Campo, Texas, Bryce’s ties to Castroville remained strong. He was known for his humility, integrity, and quiet dedication, both in his professional and personal life.
